Job summary

Fitness First is seeking an energetic Member Support Consultant to be the heartbeat of the club, driving membership growth and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will welcome new and existing members with personalized interactions and help guide them toward their fitness goals.

You will lead outreach in the community, present tours, and convert interest into action, while building strong relationships that keep members engaged and motivated. A First Aid & CPR certificate is preferred.
