DNA Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable MR Driver - Service Technician for Melbourne and surrounding regional areas to deliver, collect, and service clinical waste and hygiene products. You will manage a daily run, engage with customers professionally, and uphold safety and vehicle standards.

Requirements include MR Driver Licence, 12 months of commercial driving experience, strong safety focus, good communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a MR Truck.
• Service clinical waste, sharps, and hygiene products at customer locations.
• Deliver and collect 240L and 660L bins, sharps containers, and sanitary units.
• Safely load, unload, push, pull and manoeuvre waste bins.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain a roadworthy vehicle.
• Accurately complete service records and other required documentation.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional service.
• Rotating Saturday roster and one overnight regional trip each month.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Our client is a well-established national provider of clinical waste, sharps disposal, and hygiene services. They are currently seeking a reliable and motivated MR Driver - Service Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable with a physically active role.

The Opportunity:

As a MR Driver - Service Technician, you'll be responsible for visiting customer sites throughout Melbourne and surrounding regional areas to deliver, collect, and service clinical waste and hygiene products. Every day is different, with a variety of customer locations including healthcare facilities, schools, and commercial businesses.

You'll be trusted to manage your daily run while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive a MR Truck
• Service clinical waste, sharps, and hygiene products at customer locations.
• Deliver and collect 240L and 660L clinical waste bins, sharps containers, and sanitary units.
• Safely load, unload, push, pull, and manoeuvre waste bins
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean, roadworthy vehicle.

• Participate in a rotating Saturday roster and one overnight regional trip each month.

About You

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised, and enjoys working autonomously.

To be successful, you'll have:

• MR Driver Licence
• 12 months of commercial driving experience
• A strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Need to be physically fit
• Confident using mobile devices and completing electronic paperwork.
• A Working with Children Check (preferred).
