Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking a reliable MR Driver to join our Oakleigh team, delivering plumbing supplies to trade and commercial customers. The role involves operating MR trucks and various delivery vehicles, loading/unloading, and ensuring goods are secured for transit.

You will provide professional service at delivery points and stay connected with the branch team via radio. Eligibility includes an MR Driver's Licence; LF Forklift Licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current MR Driver's Licence is essential.
• LF Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential.
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and safety-focused approach to work.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing supplies to customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Operate an MR truck, ute, and small delivery vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading products.
• Ensure goods are safely secured and transported.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at delivery locations.
• Communicate with the branch team via mobile phone and two-way radio.
• Complete cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Receive incoming goods and perform data entry tasks.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and housekeeping when deliveries are not required.
