About The Role

The Medical Workforce Coordinator will be a valued member of the Medical Workforce Unit and is responsible for the recruitment, management, credentialing and support of the divisional medical staff engaged by AWH.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business or working towards same, or previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in administration, human resource management and/or industrial relations procedures particularly in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in financial and cost control management, especially as it relates to rostering practices for clinical staff.
  • Experience in liaising with government departments, healthcare service providers and professional organisations.

Employment Type: This is a full-time fixed term appointment (6 months)
