Job summary

Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is seeking a Medical Receptionist Super Reliever to work across all PRC clinics within the Perth Metropolitan area on a permanent full-time basis, with shifts from 6:45am to 5:30pm. Travel across all PRC clinics is expected, with a travel allowance and an additional 10% on top of your base included.

You will be responsible for greeting patients, booking clinical appointments, handling accounts, banking and Medicare batching, and performing admin and data entry

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use clinic software and systems.

The opportunity

Perth Rad Clinic (PRC) are seeking a Medical Receptionist Super Reliever to work across all PRC clinics within the Perth Metropolitan area on a permanent full-time basis with shifts varying between 6:45am and 5:30pm.

In this role you will be required to travel throughout all PRC clinics within the Perth Metropolitan area Alkimos, Armadale, Bentley, Bethesda Hospital, Gosnells, Booragoon, Hollywood Consulting centre and Medical Centre, Innaloo, Joondalup, Midland, Morley, Murdoch, Mount Medical centre, Nollamara, South Perth, Rockingham and Subiaco.

This would suit someone that enjoys being on the move and no two days look the same. Travel allowance and an additional 10% on top of your base included!

You will be required to support and travel to several clinics based on operational requirements. You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety and confidentiality
• Greeting patients and making clinical appointments
• Handling accounts, banking and Medicare batching
• Admin and computer work including billing and data entry
• Other duties as needed.

What do you need to be considered?

Ideally the preferred candidate will hold experience in a customer service role. You will be able to communication professionally both written and verbally and have the ability to learn and use software and systems. You will present with an approachable manner and display high level of patient care.

Along with the following requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Full Australian working rights (ensure unrestricted rights if on a visa).
• Able to provide a National Police Check within 6 months or willing to obtain.
