Austin Health in Melbourne seeks a Medical Physicist Trainee, Grade 1, to join the Medical Physics department. The role is full-time and fixed-term for three years, with a starting window around late October to early November 2026.
Under supervision, you will assist with radiology and catheterisation laboratory QC, support education, training and research, and help improve equipment use and information workflows.

The Medical Physics department provides services across the Austin Health network ranging from imaging equipment performance testing and quality control programmes, radiation dose monitoring, education, research and development.
The position is a Medical Physicist Trainee, Grade 1. Working towards being ACPSEM certified as a Diagnostic Imaging Medical Physicist.
