ACHA Health’s Flinders Private Hospital in Adelaide is recruiting Medical Officers (MOs) for the Coronary Care Unit and Cardiac Emergency Centre. This casual role offers flexibility and broad clinical exposure within a busy private hospital environment.

Candidates with minimum 4 years – PGY5+ experience are sought; salary packaging opportunities increase take-home pay, with ongoing professional development and support.

About the role:

Providing medical support to patients in the Coronary Care unit and Cardiac Emergency Centre as well as other departments

Attending hospital wide Medical Emergency Team (MET) responses

Providing medical support to ward patients at the request of Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs)

About you:

Desire to role model behaviours and processes

Work cohesively within a dedicated medical, nursing and allied health team

Valid AHPRA Registration

South Australian Department of Human Services Working with Children Check

Able to provide required pre-employment vaccination history and serology

At least three months Cardiac Unit and varied medical and surgical unit experience.

Minimum PFY5+ level of experience desirable

ALS 1 at a minimum, preferably ALS 2, Paediatric – PLS desirable
