Job summary

NSW Health Pathology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Medical Laboratory Technician to join our collaborative team at Mt Druitt Pathology on a 24/7 rotating roster.

Based at Mt Druitt Pathology, you will work across Haematology, Clinical Chemistry and Blood Bank, performing laboratory investigations and maintaining equipment. This role offers professional growth and NSW Health benefits.

Qualifications

  • Medical Laboratory Technician role in a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Experience with manual and automated laboratory investigations and tests.
  • Ability to work across Haematology, Clinical Chemistry and Blood Bank teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of laboratory investigations and tests (manual and automated) using established methods and procedures.
  • Undertake other laboratory duties including preparation of materials and equipment maintenance in line with laboratory processes.

Remuneration: $71,338.54 - $102,751.61 per annum plus superannuation

About The Opportunity

NSW Health Pathology are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Medical Laboratory Technician to join our collaborative and supportive team on a 24/7 rotating roster. The role will be based at Mt Druitt Pathology, working within the multidisciplinary team across Haematology, Clinical Chemistry, and Blood Bank. What You'll Be Doing

Perform a range of laboratory investigations and tests (manual and automated) and technical tasks by applying established methods and procedures, as directed. Undertake other laboratory duties including preparation of materials and the maintenance of equipment in line with established laboratory processes, procedures and protocols.
