Healius is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Brisbane diagnostics team. The role covers specimen receipt, processing and routine analyses using a wide range of analysers, with rapid PCR on GeneXpert and specialized tests such as seminal analysis and STAT Microscopy.

You will contribute to QC monitoring and participate in external surveys, working within a busy, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science (Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent)

Formación

• Bachelor or equivalent in Medical Laboratory Science with accredited degree.
• Experience across Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Transfusion Science.
• Strong QC, QAP and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform duties with independence and minimal supervision.
• Outstanding commitment to quality and excellence.
• Adherence to policies and procedures; team contributor.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Evidence of Hepatitis B immunisation.

Responsabilidades
