Job summary

NSW Health Pathology in Campbelltown, NSW, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to join a busy, 24/7 multidisciplinary laboratory serving South Western Sydney. This temporary full-time role runs up to June 2028, with potential for ongoing employment.

You will perform specimen reception duties, register patients, triage specimens, and prepare materials for transport to laboratories to ensure timely, accurate diagnostic testing.

What you'll be doing

Contribute to a high-quality pathology service. Perform pathology specimen reception duties including receiving and triaging of specimens, patient registration and request entry, specimen processing and preparation for transport or delivery to laboratories for timely accurate diagnostic testing.
