Lumus Imaging is seeking a Medical Imaging Assistant for our Highfields site in Port Macquarie. This maternity leave contract (10-11 months) can be offered as full-time or part-time (4-5 days per week), with hours 8am-4.30pm.

Join a supportive team and contribute to excellent patient care in a busy diagnostic imaging setting. Ideal candidates are Radiography students with a strong interest in imaging, excellent communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hospital environment.
• Availability for extended trading hours and weekends.
• Empathetic and clear communication with patients.

Responsabilités

• Assist technical staff by taking patient histories and noting medical information.
• Assist in preparing and positioning patients for MRI, CT and ultrasound exams.
• Collaborate with radiography team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support the growth of a thriving medical practice.
