Job summary

Appoint is recruiting for a Process Worker / Assembler in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane. The role focuses on the specialised preparation, assembly and packaging of precision medical devices, with full training provided.

You’ll join a modern, climate-controlled production area with PPE provided and consistent Monday–Friday hours. No weekends, no on-call work, with good hourly rates and onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Enjoy repetitive hands-on work with strong hand-eye coordination.
• Clear communication and ability to follow detailed written instructions.
• Eager to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
• Hold a current driver’s license or have reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wash, prepare, or pack delicate medical components with care and accuracy.
• Follow clear work instructions and complete quality checks to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for sterilization and distribution.
• Work in a modern, clean, and climate-controlled production area with PPE provided.
• Work towards consistent daily production targets and KPIs.
