Job summary

Stryker ANZ is seeking a Demo Coordinator to support product evaluations, customer trials and training events across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate, prepare and dispatch medical device equipment, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent condition for customers and internal teams.

Based full-time onsite in St Leonards, NSW, this hands-on role combines logistics, inventory management and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment, supporting Sales and Marketing to deliver

Qualifications

• Interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, engineering or inventory management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• The role requires proactive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Full working rights for Australia/New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demo equipment bookings and dispatches across ANZ
• Manage inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare, pack and ship equipment for customer trials and training events
• Support cadaver labs and educational programs
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders
• Prioritise multiple requests and competing deadlines
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and service
• Assist with warehouse activities and inventory organisation
