Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Demo Coordinator to support product evaluations, customer trials and training events across Australia and New Zealand. Based full-time onsite in St Leonards, you will coordinate, prepare and dispatch medical device equipment with attention to detail and strong customer service.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing, managing inventory, prioritising requests and ensuring equipment arrives in excellent condition for demonstrations and training sessions.

Job Description

As a Demo Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting product evaluations, customer trials and training events across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you'll coordinate, prepare and dispatch medical device equipment, ensuring everything arrives on time, in the right location and in excellent condition. This is a hands-on role that combines logistics, inventory management, stakeholder coordination and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The equipment you manage is often a customer's first experience with Stryker, making attention to detail and high standards essential. Based full-time onsite in our St Leonards office, you'll join a close-knit team that works together to deliver an exceptional experience for our internal stakeholders and customers.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate demo equipment bookings and dispatches across ANZ

• Prepare, pack and ship equipment for customer trials and training events
