Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Medical Assistants in Australia to support military health readiness. You will primarily work on weekends with occasional weekday shifts, performing phlebotomy, immunizations, EKG, and vitals in mobile or fixed-clinic settings.

Ideal candidates are Certified/Registered Medical Assistants with CPR/BLS, at least 1 year of experience, and comfort in fast-paced environments. Medical team collaboration and mobile deployment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of _________ on an \"as needed basis\". We Provide Health Readiness Services To Meet The Medical And Dental Requirements To Maintain a Deployable Military Force For The Following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)


• Army National Guard (ARNG)


• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)


• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)


• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)


• Air National Guard (ANG)


• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training


• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred


• CPR/BLS Certification

• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred


• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual


• Utilize universal precautions for patient care


• Experience working with military - preferred


• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred


• Proficient with computer programs


• Must have weekend availability
