Job summary

ForHealth Medical Centres is seeking a casual Medical Assistant to join our Riverway practice, working with a team of Nurses and General Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care. You'll support reception and administrative duties while delivering outstanding service to patients and clinicians, ensuring stock control, instrument sterilisation, and meticulous care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Clinical areas are adequately stocked and take action to replenish stock before depletion.
• Clean and sterilise instruments as required and take measures to ensure instruments are maintained and replaced when no longer in working order.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Document all patient care activities
• Provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for patients
• Provide admin support

We are looking for a Casual Medical Assistant to join our Riverway practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients.This role will provide support with reception and administrative duties while providing a superior customer service experience to patients and healthcare practitioners.

• Eligibility to work in Australia required
