Job summary

GSK is seeking a Medical Affairs Strategy & Performance Lead in Australia to drive strategy, analytics and operational excellence across Medical Affairs. This senior role partners with the Medical Leadership Team to enhance external engagement and deliver measurable value.

You will lead planning, performance measurement and transformational initiatives, shaping omnichannel engagement and budget coordination, while building capability in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic planning, business performance or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience driving change, transformation or capability-building programs.
• Proven project management across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Strong communication skills to present recommendations to senior leaders.
• Degree qualification; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution framework for Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans with the Australian Medical Directorate Leadership Team.
• Drive Medical performance via metrics, performance frameworks, reporting and insights.
• Shape omnichannel and digital engagement strategies to improve external expert engagement.
• Lead Medical business planning activities: objectives, portfolio planning, reviews, budgeting.
• Lead transformational initiatives to improve capability, performance and operational effectiveness.
• Build Medical capability in a fast, innovative environment with prioritization and execution excellence.
