Job summary

dentsu Sydney is seeking a Media Coordinator (Client Associate) to support campaigns and ensure smooth operations across TV, Video, Audio and Outdoor. You will work closely with clients, agency partners and media owners to learn the media lifecycle and help bring campaigns to life.

You will gain hands‑on experience in media planning and buying, contribute to reporting and presentations, and develop skills in data analysis and client communications within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Curiosity and readiness to learn about media lifecycle.
• Comfort working with data and numerical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, agency partners and media owners to learn the media lifecycle.
• Assist campaigns across TV, Video, Audio and Outdoor from launch to optimisation.
• Support team with documentation: WIPs, reporting, post‑campaign analysis.
