Job summary

Dentsu in Sydney is seeking a Client Executive to support media buying and campaign delivery across key client accounts. You will help manage TV, OOH and other channels, ensuring timely setup and accurate reporting.

You will work closely with senior teams, monitor campaign performance, and provide post-campaign insights while maintaining strong communications with clients and media owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian media landscape and buying fundamentals.
• Solid grounding in TV and/or OOH buying, campaign management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of media buying and investment across key client campaigns.
• Assist in implementation of campaigns across TV, OOH and other offline channels.
• Manage campaign set-up, bookings, tracking and material deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery issues or optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare weekly reports, post-campaign analysis and competitive media insights.
• Maintain strong day-to-day communication with media owners, clients and internal teams.
• Support senior team members with negotiations, value tracking and added-value delivery.
• Ensure all finance processes (POs, bookings, reconciliations) are completed accurately and on time.
