Media Coordinator | Entry Level Opportunity

About the Role

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the wider client team with day‑to‑day campaign delivery, administration, reporting, and client communication. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, learn the fundamentals of media and client management, and gain exposure across multiple channels and campaigns.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with some internship / junior experience looking to build a long‑term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
  • Assist with campaign timelines, bookings, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and material deadlines
  • Support reporting and campaign performance updates
  • Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
  • Assist with digital trafficking and general campaign execution tasks
Client & Team Support
