Job summary

John Holland in Australia invites graduates to join a structured two-year Graduate Program starting February 2028, with placements aligned to your foundational skills and interests.

You will rotate across Rail & Transport and IT projects regionally, receive mentoring from experts, clear career pathways, and competitive remuneration. The program offers flexibility, generous leave, and opportunities to work on iconic projects nationwide.

Qualifications

Our Graduate Program

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.

We offer our grads a structured, two-year program that includes:
