Job summary

Cavalier Ventilation in Sydney’s New South Wales seeks a Mechanical Ventilation Installer to join our team. You will install and commission commercial rangehoods, ductwork and mechanical ventilation systems on diverse projects.

You will read drawings, coordinate with site supervisors and trades, and ensure compliance with Australian Standards and WHS. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience installing commercial rangehoods, kitchen exhaust systems or HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of ductwork and system layouts.
• Sheet metal ductwork installation and exhaust fan replacement.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Construction White Card.
• Valid NSW Driver Licence.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across Sydney and NSW.

Responsibilities

Cavalier Ventilation is one of Sydney’s leading manufacturers and installers of commercial kitchen rangehoods and mechanical ventilation systems, based in Ingleburn.

We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of custom commercial rangehoods, ductwork and mechanical exhaust systems.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate, reliable and dedicated Mechanical Ventilation Installer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Install and commission commercial rangehoods, ductwork and mechanical ventilation systems.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and ensure installations meet project specifications.

Work closely with site supervisors, builders and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure all installations comply with Australian Standards, WHS requirements and client quality expectations.

Supervise and manage company personnel on site when required.
