Job summary

Sherry Consultant Services Pty on the Gold Coast is seeking a qualified mechanical tradesperson for a permanent, full-time position. The role focuses on diagnosing mechanical issues, preventative maintenance and hydraulic system work across our industrial projects.

Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade with at least three years of relevant experience and must be able to start immediately. The role offers around AUD 95,000 per year plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical trades.
• Ability to start immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing mechanical issues
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Inspecting and replacing worn parts
• Assembling, testing and inspecting hydraulic systems
• Inspecting and repairing electrical systems and engine components
• Fabricating and welding components as needed
• Following OH&S policies and procedures
