Job summary

Alcon in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking a Mechanical Technician on a 12-month contract to join our global eye health team. The role focuses on hands-on build and interpretation of drawings, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and strict adherence to SOPs to ensure GMP alignment.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Engineering or Mechanical Technology with at least two years in a manufacturing/engineering setting, and are committed to documentation accuracy in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Associate degree in Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
