Job summary

Clough is recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor for a 19:9 site rotation to Karratha, WA, overseeing on-site mechanical activities and rotating equipment. You will ensure work complies with drawings, specs, safety standards and project timelines, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to maintain progress.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead a site team, manage manpower and materials, perform quality checks, and maintain comprehensive progress documentation throughout the

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a construction context, across mechanical/rotating equipment scope.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• 10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.

This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for Mechanical Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.
