How we work together
We’re hands‑on and collaborative. You’ll work closely with engineers, assemblers, and other fabricators, supported to solve problems together. We value practical problem‑solving, curiosity, and clear communication, especially when the work is complex and precision matters.
This is a full‑time, onsite role based in our Port Melbourne workshop.
