Raytheon Australia was selected in December 2020 to provide Capability Lifecycle Management Services to the Commonwealth for its fleet of Minor Vessels. This is an important Capability for the RAN. The fleet of Minor Vessels are spread across WA, NT and QLD. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for Mechanical discipline related activities overseeing the successful development and delivery of Engineering Changes for this fleet.
The role is within the recurring services team to provide mechanical engineering services to support RAN vessels in sustainment and support transition into service and through life.
The Mechanical Engineer will normally be allocated to a project and carry out allocated tasks within the project. All work must adhere to the processes, budgets and timetables assigned to the allocated tasks, as directed by the project plans.
