Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or recognised equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a B-level Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence on the P-8A Poseidon.
• Proven background in aircraft mechanical systems, fault isolation, and airworthiness regulations.
• Familiarity with IETPs and computer literacy.
• Clear written and spoken communication and team focus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of on-aircraft and off-aircraft mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting, fault isolation, and rectification of complex issues.
• Documentation using IETPs and airworthiness management systems.
• Maintain airworthiness compliance and safety culture.
