ShiftCare is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up delivering rostering, client management and billing tools for disability support providers. We are seeking a Software Engineer – Integrations (remote) to lead the main engineering team, shaping scalable, reliable systems and modern integrations within our Ruby on Rails, React, Vue, and AWS stack.

You will partner with Product Managers and leaders, drive best engineering practices, and guide delivery from roadmap through development cycles while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience shipping scalable, reliable systems at large scale.
• Proficiency in Ruby, React JS, Vue JS.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, AWS stack.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the main engineering team to develop scalable, reliable systems.
• Promote good engineering practices within the team.
• Identify and implement improvements to products and processes.
