MECCA Brands is seeking a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to lead the MECCA Paddington store in NSW on a part-time basis at 30 hours per week. The role involves supporting management to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leading from the front, and motivating the team to hit KPIs while upholding MECCA values.

The ideal candidate has prior experience leading large retail teams and a true passion for customer service, with availability to work late evenings and weekends.
