Job summary

MECCA is seeking a Zone Manager to lead the MECCA Pacific Fair store in QLD on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will lead from the front, coach and upskill the team, and strive to meet KPIs while living MECCA values.

Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
