Job summary

The Midfield Group seeks a QA-focused professional to support our true Paddock to Plate operation. You will inspect meat and processed products, verify compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards, and maintain QA records.

You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with production teams to ensure specifications are met. With an emphasis on accurate data entry and adherence to QA procedures (eLeader/iLeader), you will contribute to safe, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify quality issues and food safety risks.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities.
• Ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect meat and processed products at pre-dispatch to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct routine monitoring of processing, packing and storage areas for QA.
• Record inspection outcomes and escalate hazards promptly.
