Job summary

Monbeef, part of Bindaree Food Group, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join the QA team on-site. You will perform hygiene checks, monitor product compliance, and support export readiness in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, working with production teams to resolve issues, and maintaining HACCP programs to ensure quality across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Meat Processing (Quality Assurance) or relevant QA experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in a meat processing or export environment (highly regarded, but training provided)
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-operational and operational hygiene checks and ensure HACCP and food safety programs are followed.
• Monitor carcases and product against specifications, including zero tolerance checks, temperatures, labelling and packaging.
• Collect microbiological and product samples and keep accurate records of results.
• Help ensure product meets export requirements and customer specifications.
• Identify non-conformances, raise corrective actions and work with supervisors to resolve issues.
• Keep documentation accurate and prepare for internal, customer and regulatory audits.
