Job summary

Real Pet Food Company on the Central Coast is seeking confident and enthusiastic Machine Operators to join our Liver Processing team at Somersby. This role runs Mon-Fri, 6am–2pm, in a wet manufacturing environment handling raw protein (red meat) and overseeing slicer operations, production monitoring, quality checks and temperature controls.

You will work on production lines and in a cool room, with on-the-job training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must pass our Pre-Employment Medical.
• Capability and strength to lift up to 20KG.
• Forklift Licence preferred if available.
• Experience in machine operation on food manufacturing lines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a slicer and related equipment.
• Monitor production processes and quality checks.
• Load and feed raw materials (Liver).
• Adjust temperature controls for baking ovens.
• Work on production lines and in a cool room.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Perform general warehouse tasks and daily logs.
