Job summary

Chou International Pty Ltd – Silverwater NSW is seeking a hands-on production worker to assist with packaging and meat processing in a refrigerated environment. The role focuses on vacuum sealing, packing, and basic production duties, with training provided to develop additional meat processing skills.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, punctual and able to work Monday–Friday during daytime hours. This position offers ongoing work with potential for permanent employment and employee discounts on

Qualifications

Reliable and punctual attitude is essential.
Hardworking with a positive attitude.
Comfortable handling raw meat products.
Able to work in a refrigerated environment (~6°C).
Physically capable of repetitive work and manual handling.
Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Vacuum sealing and packaging meat products.
Unpacking and repacking raw meat products.
Preparing products for processing and packing.
Labelling and preparing finished products.
Moving cartons, tubs and finished products.
Maintaining clean and organised production areas.
Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas.
General production and factory duties.
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
