McDonald’s Carroll Group is seeking Managers with Fast Food/QSR experience to join their team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will lead and motivate a team to deliver McDonald’s standards while ensuring superb customer service and efficient operations.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year Fast Food/QSR management experience, with responsibilities expanding for Restaurant Manager to include goals, food safety implementation, and budget awareness.

McDonald's Carroll Group is looking for Managers with Fast Food / QSR experience to join their team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous McDonald's Management experience who are focused on the delivery of McDonalds Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way!

Applicants MUST have a minimum of 1 year Fast Food/QSR management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations

Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work

Daily Stock control

Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant

Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times

In addition, if applying for a Restaurant Manager role you will also have these Responsibilities:

Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant

Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures

Ability to achieve financial budgets

Skills and Experience
