Job summary

McDonald’s Carroll Group is seeking Managers with Fast Food / QSR experience to join their team in the Geelong Area. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year Fast Food/QSR management experience.

Roles include Shift Management and overseeing daily operations, with a focus on outstanding customer service, stock control, WH&S, and security. For Restaurant Manager positions, additional duties include goal setting, food safety implementation, and achieving financial budgets.

These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous McDonald's Management experience or who are focused on the delivery of McDonald's Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way!

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year Fast Food/QSR management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work
• Daily Stock control
• Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
• Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times

In addition, if applying for a Restaurant Manager role you will also have these Responsibilities:

• Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant
