Job summary

McDonald's Carroll Group in Melbourne's Western Suburbs is seeking experienced managers to lead fast food/QSR operations. Roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of QSR management experience, the right to work in Australia, a valid Australian driver's license and access to a car. Compensation includes bonuses based on KPI performance under the Fast Food Award.

McDonald's Carroll Group is looking for Managers with Fast Food / QSR experience to join their team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous McDonald's Management experience who are focused on the delivery of McDonalds Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way!

A minimum of 1 year or more of Fast Food/QSR Management experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations

Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work

Daily Stock control

Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant

Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times

In addition, if applying for a Restaurant Manager role you will also have these Responsibilities:
