Job summary

Blenners Transport in Rockhampton is seeking an MC Licenced Truck Operator to join our Rockhampton depot. The role involves the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of palletised freight across the region, supporting Blenners refrigerated transport operations.

Casual MC position at our Rockhampton depot with a competitive hourly rate. The ideal candidate has 2 years’ experience with a Road Ranger gearbox, forklift licence preferred, and a Fitness to Drive medical or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• MC licence required.
• 2 years’ experience driving a Road Ranger gearbox.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Assessing Fitness to Drive Medical required or willingness to obtain one.
• Refrigerated freight experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up and deliver local palletised freight in a timely and safe manner.
• Some manual loading/unloading will be required.
• Operate vehicles safely and perform prestart checks.

Key Responsibilities

Role Requirements

• Be a motivated and hard-working individual
• 2 years’ experience driving a Road Ranger gear box
• Forklift licence preferred
• Have an Assessing Fitness to Drive Medical or be willing to obtain one
• Refrigerated freight experience preferred but not essential
