Job summary

Stateline Freight is seeking an experienced MC Interstate Driver for casual work, leading to a permanent position after a probationary period, based at our Epping / Laverton depot. Join a professional team committed to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Roles include interstate pickups and deliveries with vehicle inspections, load security, and accurate paperwork while following fatigue management and road-safety rules. Training and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• MC licence with safe driving history
• BFM Accredited
• Sound knowledge of heavy vehicle and fatigue management requirements
• Current medical certification where required
• Reliability and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Safely complete interstate freight pickups and deliveries.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.
• Ensure freight is safely loaded and secured.
• Maintain accurate work diaries and delivery paperwork.
• Follow fatigue management, mass, dimension and road safety requirements.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers throughout each trip.
