Job summary

GTS Freight Group is seeking experienced MC Interstate Drivers based in Mildura, VIC. The role operates out of Mildura with routes across Australia, requiring daily checks and safe loading/unloading practices.

You will drive on linehaul routes to Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne. A current MC licence with 2+ years interstate experience and strong safety focus are essential. Training and full induction provided.

Qualifications

• Current MC licence with at least 2 years interstate experience.
• Night highway driving experience.
• BFM (Fatigue Management) knowledge.
• Strong focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate linehaul routes between Mildura and major cities (Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne).
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and fuel.
• Safely load/unload freight and follow load restraint guidelines.
• Report mechanical issues, delays or delivery concerns promptly.
• Load/unload at customer sites/depots.

The Role

• Operate linehaul routes between Mildura – Sydney – Adelaide – Brisbane – Melbourne (via Mildura Depot)
• Complete daily checks, ensure vehicle cleanliness and fuel
• Safely load/unload freight and adhere to load restraint guidelines
• Report mechanical issues, delays, or delivery concerns promptlyRefuel and ensure cleanliness of allocated equipment
• Load and unload at customer sites/depots

What You’ll Need

• Current MC licence with at least 2 years of interstate experience
• Night highway driving experience
• Basic Fatigue Management (BFM)
• Strong focus on safety, communication and reliability
• Unlimited & unrestricted Australian work rights

Employment Requirements

• Pass Federal Police Check
• Medical, functional and Drug & Alcohol testing
