Job summary

Toll Group is seeking reliable MC drivers to join our Hastings depot in Victoria. The role focuses on safe transport and delivery of steel products across Melbourne and regional Victoria, with a professional team, strong safety and customer service values.

Based at the Hastings depot, you will operate B Double configurations, secure loads, complete run sheets and comply with fatigue and safety requirements. This casual ongoing role offers a pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence.
• Minimum 2 years' professional heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Physically fit for load restraint duties.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude.
• Experience transporting steel and using load restraint equipment is highly regarded but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate B Double combinations to deliver steel products.
• Ensure loads are secured safely and correctly prior to transport.
• Follow all site procedures, schedules and instructions.
• Complete run sheets and transport documentation accurately.
• Maintain compliance with fatigue management, road transport and workplace safety requirements.
• Represent the business professionally when dealing with customers and site personnel.
