Job description

Pearl Recruitment is working with a national transport company who are expanding their operations in Brisbane. We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join their team based at the Port. These are permanent, full-time roles with stable hours and opportunities to grow within a well-established business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for transporting containers and cargo between port terminals and customer sites, with a strong focus on safety and compliance. The position offers a mix of container and general freight work. Drivers benefit from consistent hours, supportive management, and long-term job security.

Rate: $36 - $38 an hour depending on experience

Day shift: 4:00am – 6:00am Start

Night Shift (+loading): 12:00pm – 2:00pm Start

What We Are Looking For

• Current MC licence (automatic)
• Side loader experience – highly regarded
• MSIC card – Advantageous
• Previous experience in container or wharf work
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Shifts

• Days and Afternoon/Night Shifts Available
• Standard shifts are approximately 10 hours
• Saturday shifts are available
