Job summary

H People is recruiting experienced MC Drivers for a busy logistics operation at the Port of Brisbane. You’ll transport containers and general freight across SE Queensland, operating prime movers in port, depot, and customer sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

This full-time role offers day or part-time morning windows, regular hours up to 50+ per week, and competitive hourly rates with overtime.

Qualifications

• Current MC licence with relevant driving experience.
• Strong understanding of load restraint and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with containers or general freight preferred.
• Confidence manoeuvring trucks in tight yards and customer sites.
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn sideloader or swinglift operations if required.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced MC Drivers to join a busy and well established logistics operation based at the Port of Brisbane. This role offers consistent container and local freight work across South East Queensland, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.

We have multiple day shift positions available, along with early morning part time opportunities for drivers looking to work shorter shifts between 5:00am and 11:00am, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Transport containers and general freight across SEQ

What We're Looking For

Shift & Pay

• Full time hours up to 50+ hours per week

Part-Time Option

Early AM shifts available from 5:00am to 11:00am, Monday to Friday
