Job summary

Cahill Transport invites applications for an experienced MC Driver to join our Lytton team, performing local Brisbane metro work and wharf movements on a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift. You will operate B-double combinations, handle general freight, and ensure safe loading, unloading and handling in a modern fleet environment.

Qualifications

• Must have MC licence and solid driving experience.
• Local metro or general freight experience is highly regarded.
• Strong load restraint, reversing and docking skills.
• DG licence and MSIC are highly regarded.
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced MC Driver to join our Lytton team, completing local work across Brisbane.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday day shift role offering consistent metro, wharf and general freight work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating B-double combinations.
• Transporting general freight and completing wharf movements.
• Loading, unloading and safely restraining freight.
• Reversing and docking at customer and depot locations.
• Working in accordance with NHVR, fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
