What you can do for MEDLOG!
Container Transport – DAY SHIFT

Our drivers are responsible for delivering and retrieving containers between customer, depot, and wharf facilities. Routes are predominantly within the Perth Metropolitan area, occasional regional transport on day shift may be required.

Transportation of Containers – 20’ / 40’ Containers as well as OOG FR’s.

Side Loader deliveries and collections from Customer sites

Ensuring compliance with all Main Roads Regulations and MEDLOG internal procedures

Delivery/Collection of Containers to and from the Fremantle Container Terminals (Patricks/DP World)

Based at our Fremantle Depot with free onsite parking.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced MC drivers and would like to hear from you if you have the following

  • Current HC / MC Road Train (Experienced Preferred)
  • Side loader Experience (Preferred but not essential)
  • MSIC/1Stop/FPA Access Cards
  • Dangerous Goods license highly desirable.
  • Pacific National Induction highly desirable.
  • Steel / General Cargo Experience
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple apps on the in-truck tablet (e.g. MT Data, Container Chain, Transfocus). MEDLOG provides on the job training.
  • Positive attitude towards safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work both in a team environment but also independently whilst following instruction and providing exceptional customer service.

All successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre- Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol screen, a Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical and provide a National Police Clearance.
