Job summary
Leidos Australia is seeking a Systems Engineer to shape complex system capabilities within an Agile delivery environment. You will work with engineers, architects, cyber specialists and stakeholders to translate needs into robust designs, with MBSE practices using tools like Rhapsody to model behaviours and interfaces.
You will lead requirements development, ensure traceability with DOORS/Jazz, and contribute to adaptive planning, user stories and story-point estimation while incorporating ISM
Qualifications
- Experience developing and documenting functional specifications at system and subsystem level.
- Experience in MBSE environments and model-based analysis.
- Modeling behaviours and activities in system contexts.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Rhapsody.
- Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS and Jazz.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and lead requirements elicitation.
- Experience in Agile delivery with user stories and estimation.
- Knowledge of cyber security principles and ISM controls.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and management of system and subsystem requirements with traceability.
- Apply MBSE to analyse and define system architectures and interfaces.
- Facilitate workshops with customers and stakeholders to capture use cases.
- Contribute to Agile delivery activities including user stories, sprint planning and estimation, ensuring cyber requirements are incorporated.
