Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and evaluate maternity-focused clinical education programs that promote best practice and drive positive health outcomes for mothers and babies.
• Provide strong clinical leadership through mentorship, preceptorship and professional support, fostering a collaborative and high-performing learning environment.
• Apply adult learning principles and contemporary education methodologies to build capability, confidence and clinical excellence across the maternity workforce.
• Collaborate with management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants to ensure education initiatives align with service delivery goals and strategic priorities.
• Role model professional, ethical and safe maternity practice, upholding NSW Health values and contributing to a culture of quality, respect and excellence.
