The City of Ballarat is seeking a motivated Maternal and Child Health (MCH) nurse to join the Universal MCH program on a fixed-term basis until September 2027. The role covers six integrated sites and involves KAS visits, parent groups, outreach, and collaboration with family services.

Successful candidates will bring AHPRA nursing registration, midwifery registration, and a postgraduate MCH qualification, along with a Victorian driver’s licence and compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse and a registered midwife.
• A recognised postgraduate Maternal and Child Health qualification.
• A current Victorian Driver’s Licence, Working with Children and police check.

Responsabilités

• Provide Universal MCH visits and support to families.
• Facilitate parent groups and outreach as required.
• Collaborate with partners in an integrated service.
• Contribute to early years initiatives within the program.
