Ideal candidates have experience in complex, regulated environments such as education, healthcare, or unionised workforces.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule for the program.
  • Map dependencies across ERP implementation, system decommissioning, and workforce migration.
  • Work closely with Program Directors, PMs, and stream leads to track milestones.
  • Provide clear reporting on risks, slippages, and critical path activities.
  • Ensure alignment between internal staff schedules and school-based deliverables.
  • Facilitate schedule reviews and provide updates for governance forums.
  • Contribute to forward planning and scenario modelling to inform decision-making.
  • Support project teams with scheduling tools, standards, and best practices.

What you will have done

  • Managed complex interdependencies in ERP, payroll, or large technology programs.
  • Worked in education, healthcare, or similarly complex/unionised environments.
  • Used scheduling tools such as MS Project, P6, or equivalent.
  • Built and maintained master schedules with thousands of activities and dependencies.
  • Partnered with senior stakeholders to communicate risks and impacts.
  • Supported program governance and reporting through clear schedule insights.
  • Adapted to fast-changing program priorities while maintaining accuracy and control.
